Bunbury Aldersey Nursery Opened 4th November 2024

At Bunbury Aldersey Primary and Nursery School we are proud to deliver creative, challenging, fun and memorable learning experiences for the children in our care. Our vision for the school is to provide an opportunity for all children to "let your light shine" from our youngest to our oldest learners.

There are many advantages to using our school-based nursery:

• Supported by well qualified early years practitioners
• Housed within purpose built rooms with our school
• Access to all school equipment and facilities, school hall, outdoor play area, forest school 
• Access to our Wrap Around Care services from 7:30 am – 6:00pm (3 – 11 year olds only from Spring 2025)
• Continuous education from age 3 – 11 (subject to accepted application for Reception places)

Times

The following sessions are available within our nursery:

 - Morning session: 8.30am to 12 noon (3.5 hour session)

 - Morning session plus lunchtime: 8.30am to 1pm. (4.5 hour session)

 - All day session: 8.30am - 3.15pm (6.75 hour session)

A packed lunch is currently required if selecting the Morning session plus lunchtime. From Spring 2025 we hope to be able to offer a hot lunch option cooked in school.

Fees from September 2024

Under 3

Under 3 £6.20 per hour

Morning session 3.5 hours = £21.70

Morning session plus lunch 4.5 hours = £27.90

All day session 6.75 hours = £41.85

Over 3 

Over 3 £5.20 per hour

Morning session 3.5 hours = £18.20

Morning session plus lunch 4.5 hours = £23.40

All day session 6.75 hours = £35.10

Additional fee for consumables, resources etc 80p per hour when claiming the fee vouchers

Clothing

Whilst school uniform for nursery children is not compulsory, we ask children to wear a school green sweatshirt or cardigan, white polo shirts, black leggings or black jogging pants. Items with the school logo can be purchased from https://www.badged.co.uk/page/school-uniform   or parents can buy their own from local supermarkets/stores.

Home Visits

We are happy to offer home visits for new starters, should parents feel this would be beneficial to their child.
