Please follow the Google Classroom login instructions to join the lessons. The login email is located in the front of your child's reading record.
Topic related planning, called "Rainbow Challenges" will be provide each week and will be uploaded into the level 2 remote learning files. We will also provide a suggested timetable. Resources and Power Points required for the weeks activities, will be posted in the files.
Each week we plan our topic work and literacy activites around a "book of the week." Where possible we will post links to these stories on YouTube, or alternatively staff will read the story to the children during a live lesson.
Please join our Padlet page and post photographs of work that your child has completed at home, Staff will be regularly moitoring the Padlet site and providing feedback for the children. Padlet is a private site, only accessible to the Reception staff and parents, you will receive a link to join our Padlet page, via text or email.
We encourage the children to continue to access Mathletics and Purple Mash at home. We also recommend the Oxford Owls site which has many RWI eBooks available. Follow details below to access the site.
When entering the Oxford Owl site, select Oxford Owls for School and then student. Now enter the login details.

We plan to provide some live phonics sessions but also recommend accessing the RWI YouTube Channel, they will be providing daily speed sound lessons in set 1 and 2 sounds.
All daily speed sound lessons will be available from January 5th 2021 at 9.30am from Monday to Friday. Each film is approximately ten to fifteen minutes long and will be available on YouTube. PLEASE NOTE THE LESSONS WILL ONLY BE AVAILBLE FOR 24 HOURS. See the files for the lesson schedule.
