We are really excited to have organised to take Year 6 to London for the day on Monday 20th May 2024.
The children will need to be dropped off at Crewe Railway Station, at the new entrance located at the side of the station off Weston Road, at 8am as we will be catching the 8:23 train to London Euston.
The children will arrive in London at 10:00 and will walk to the British Museum where they will look at the exhibits and have lunch.
After the visit, we will be walking to the Haberdashers Hall where they will take part in a session including a treasure hunt around the building.
We will then walk the children to Pizza Express for an early tea before returning to catch the train from Euston which will depart at 18:02 and arrive back at Crewe Station at 19:50. Please collect your child promptly from the new entrance off Weston Road.
The cost of this trip will be £59.05. Please consent and make payment online at SchoolMoney by Friday 10th May. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require financial assistance. Due to us having to pre-pay for this trip, we will be unable to make any refunds.
Please provide a packed lunch including snacks and water bottle in a small backpack. Children should wear school uniform, comfortable footwear appropriate for walking distances and appropriate outerwear depending on the weather.
