Year 5/6 Netball

On Tuesday afternoon, a Bunbury team of 9 went to Malbank for the group stages of the Nantwich League. The game was high 5 which is different to the normal 7 a side the girls are used to at training and the team also included a lot of girls who have only just started playing. Nevertheless, there was brilliant teamwork and skills shown. Overall, we won one, drew one and lost two. A great effort from all - well done!! Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos as I was so focussed on the games!
On Thursday afternoon, a team of 10 went to Tarporley for the annual tournament. The netball played by all was outstanding and there was great team work and effort. It was a pleasure to watch you! Deservedly, we came first after winning all of our games and only conceding 2 goals in total. Well done, team!!
