Y6Girl's football

8 Year 6 girls volunteered to play in the football tournament at Tarporley High School tonight in what can only be described as Arctic conditions. All 8 schools were put into two groups enabling us to play three matches. We drew the first and lost the next two matches but all games were very close and could have gone either way. Our girls played brilliantly and with each game, much improvement was seen. Our last game for fifth or sixth position we won convincingly. Well done to you all, Elizabeth, Jess, Jessica, Annabel, Tilly, Maya, Isla and Sophie.
