Y6 week beginning 24 4 16

What a wonderful weekend we have had in the sunshine. I bet many of you have been hanging out at the new park and enjoying relaxing and fun time with your friends and family. I have thought a lot about the fabulous party we had on Friday, again in the sunshine! That is definitely a memory to cherish.

We have another busy week ahead as we approach SATs week and we are sure that you will all rise to the occasion. Hopefully you will get the chance to finish the crowns you started which are already looking really good, and then you will go on to creating some London maps. In the mornings we will be focusing on English and Maths with the afternoons working in smaller groups with either Mrs Badger or Mrs Black.

I am off to Ironbridge with Year 5 on Wednesday so Mrs Bate, who worked with Year 6 last year, is coming in to teach you. I am sure you will all make her very welcome and work your hardest for her too.
