Hello everyone

I am hoping that you have all fully recovered from the Conway trip last week. I am sure you have all been praised already, but I just want to say how great you all were and I was particularly impressed with how you all mixed so well with the children from other schools while you were away.

This week we have our Cathedral Leavers' service at Chester Cathedral on Tuesday afternoon which will be a good opportunity to celebrate all the good things about being in year 6.I think you will be busy listening to the songs for the service and making a banner for this on Monday.

Later in the week we will be working very hard on the play as we don't really have very long to go before our performance! Please listen to the songs whenever you get the chance. Learn any lines that you have already been given and come with your acting heads on, on Thursday and Friday.

Do keep up with the Takeaway homework that you will need to have done by the last Friday of term (22nd July). Everybody needs to have done at least 3 pieces by then...no excuses!
