Y5/Y6 Handball

Tonight was the turn of Y5/Y6 to play handball against other schools in our cluster. It was a packed sports hall as 10 schools had entered a team each. Bunbury all listened very carefully to the many rules before playing against Tarporly in the first match. All of their team play handball each week at the High School so we knew it would be a tough game. We defended brilliantly and managed to score too but the final score was 3-2 to Tarporley. We won our next match against Kelsall 3-0 and then played Delamere and Tarvin both of which we narrowly lost. We came 4th in our section but more importantly played extremely well as a team. Man of the Match was Jack Artist and Woman of the Match Isla Kinnear. Congratulations must also go to the rest of the team Jedd Healy, George Griffiths, Harry Blythin Roux Gabriel, Madeleine Fostier, Jessica Williams and Ellie Davies.
