Y3 week beginning 6/3/17

Good evening all, 

The art day that we had last Monday has produced some great results and I am looking forward to displaying these as soon as they are complete. Mrs Waddington and I have some great ideas for displaying your work!

We will be continuing with Sea of Dreams in English this week. We will be planning, writing and editing a diary in role as the girl. Some of you will be writing the diary in role as the seagull - he appears on every page! 

In Maths we are going to be looking at finding the perimeter of 2D shapes. This will involve creating some dragon enclousers! 

In the afternoon we will continue with our pop up books and deciding where we might find a dragon at Beeston Castle. 

Don't forget that Friday is School Council's Fish Fund Raiser. We ask that your bring in some loose change to play the games. Each game will be 20p. 

This terms takeaway homework is a little different due to a short half term. You can download it from our class page and you will also be given a paper copy.
