Year 3 W/B 20/6/16

Date: 17th Jun 2016 @ 10:13pm

Hello Year 3,

What an exciting week we have had! We found a magic box, made fossils and caught Light Fingered Larry causing mayhem around school!

Next week we will be continuing to write our newspaper reports to inform Bunbury residents about Light Fingered Larry's naughty behaviour. We will be thinking about paragraphs, recapping speech marks and looking at complex sentences.

In maths we will be moving onto multiplication. We will be looking at using the grid method to multiply 2 and 3 digit numbers. Please keep working on your times tables - you will find grid method much easier if you are confident with them.

Monday is sports day and it will start at 1.15pm. Please make sure you have your kit in school including trainers. Fridays is also our class assembly at 10am. Our assembly will be on the Christian Value hope - what does hope mean to you? what are you hoping for? Comment in the box below. We look forward to seeing you there.

Keep on eye on your socktapus' over the weekend!

See you on Monday.
