Monday evening at Tattenhall

We wrote our diaries to allow our dinner to be digested before we went out to play. Some went on the climbing wall, some played football and others hide and seek. At 7.30 the fire was lit and was ready to toast marshmallows a little while later. They were delicious and we managed to have 2 each. We listened to Kensukes Kingdom , a great book by Michael Morpurgo about a boy who was stranded on an uninhabitated island. At 9 we got into our pyjamas, had a drink of water and listened to more of the story before cleaning our teeth. Bed is calling.
