Rudolph Run
Our Rudolph Run is due to be held in School on the morning of Tuesday 18th December from 9.15am. Today children will bring home a sponsorship envelope. Here is what you need to know:
- Rudolph Run is a simple sponsored walk or run around the running track/playground at school.
- Reindeer antlers and Rudolph noses are provided on the day for the whole school to take part, which children get to keep afterwards.
- Children can raise as much or little money as they like. If you are unable to collect sponsorship, St.Luke’s would appreciate a donation to cover the cost of the antlers and nose.
- All monies raised will go to St.Luke’s Hospice. Please return your sponsorship envelope to school on or before the 18th December (cheques can be made payable to ‘St.Luke’s Cheshire Hospice’).
On the day children should come to school in their uniform and will change in to their PE kit for the event. Each year group will take turns to complete their sponsored walk or run. There is no expectation for this to be a great distance, it is the taking part that counts. You are welcome to come and support the children on what promises to be a fun filled morning. The PTA will provide refreshments throughout the event and Santa himself may even make an appearance around the running track!
