Y1 Y2X Country

It was so lovely to see so many of our younger pupils taking part in tonight's X-Country at Tarporley High School. This is such a great way to represent the school in a sporting event as it is open to all. I think Y1 have definitely got the highest percentage of competitors from the whole school as 23 out of 26 took part which is approximately 88%. Well done to them.

Our medal winners are Penelope Harrison, winner of the Y1 girls race, Junior Aspinall winner of the gold medal and Joseph Kennedy silver medal winner of the Y1 boys race. We also had many children in all 4 races coming in the first 10 across the finishing line.

Thank you to Mrs. Moxley, Mrs. Lander and the parents who came and cheered all the runners!
