Blist Hill Ironbridge Day 2

Date: 28th Apr 2016 @ 5:32pm

We left this morning after a huge cooked breakfast and walked to Blist Hill in glorious sunshine. We checked they were dressed for the Arctic as we had looked at the weather before we left. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and were totally immersed in the Victorian way of life. Once again they were congratulated by both members of the public and Blist Hill staff on their manners, behaviour and excellent questions.

We had a few drops of rain but nothing to stop us from fully participating. We finally left at 4.45 and got back to the hostel just as the heavens opened. The children are up in their rooms unpacking their rucksacks and changing for dinner. Can't believe we are about to eat again!

Please enjoy the photographs
